Small Group Training

In Small Group Personal Training, our sessions are 30 minutes and you'll be in a group of 3-6 clients. Just like private 1-on-1 training sessions, you'll get the benefits of accountability, scheduling and exercise knowledge of working with a trainer.

Plus the added benefit of motivation from both your peers and affordability. Unlike classes, with small group training, we always know about the client’s health history and are able to provide proper modifications to work around injuries and joint issues whether permanent or temporary. Of course, we have fun too! There is more energy in a group setting, camaraderie and even a little bit of good, old-fashioned competition.
